Jesus freely gives (by Grace) and we receive every promise by Faith.

Today as I was driving and I saw a billboard with a missing girl on it. I started crying and Holy Spirit prompted me to pray for her. I prayed for her to to be protected from harm, for her to be returned to her family, and for salvation for whoever is responsible. I prayed for God to turn it all for good and for His glory to shine through every aspect of the situation. Toward the end of the prayer I added to Jesus, “You said that you will do everything I ask in your name, so I am asking this in your name,” and it hit me that there isn’t any other option.

My eyes teared up again and my heart filled with love and joy — the same love and joy I felt when God told me my two best friends would be saved — (one has already happened btw :)) and I started crying because my heart felt Him answer my prayer.

When I feel that rush of love, it’s because I’m recognizing truth. I’m moving from doubt to faith. I am believing with 100% of my heart that Jesus will do what He says He will do. And by believing, it is true.

I asked Jesus in His name so He listened, He heard, and He said yes. I thanked Him for what He has done, for what he is doing, and for what He is going to do.

As I worshiped Him in my car, I could feel things happening — the prayers being answered in the spiritual, but yet to be seen in the physical.

When we are made new, we live in the spiritual and the physical is a later manifestation of what has already happened.

It’s not about what we see, it’s about what we know in our hearts. ❤
